Before coming to the U.S.A. in 1970, Gudrun lived in Europe,where she earned her B.A.in Literature at the University of Perugia, Italy. In 1973 she graduated from Caroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin with a B.A., followed by a M.A. degree from
The Rosary College in Illinois in 1975.
History
Since 1977, Gudrun is a full time Real Estate Broker and owner of Bauhaus Realty in Wisconsin and Worldwide Marketing Realty in Naples.
She is a CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (CRS)since 1985, a designation less than 2% of all realtors hold.This designation means a history of success, millions of dollars in sales and nationally accredited courses.
Gudrun considers herself a negotiator between buers and sellers, and the more experience and expertise she can offer her clients, the better she can serve their individual needs. And for her that is really what it is all about.
